Believe it or not, this is actually NOT a Photoshop deal. This most magnificent rainbow actually showed itself for a few minutes. The camera seems to have made the sky to the right of it darker for some reason, as I don't remember it as such. Perhaps the colors in the rainbow confused the DIGIC II processor in my digital camera:
